Why doesn't ClerkHound handle return emails?

ClerkHound is not intended to replace your email program. Our software is primarily designed to facilitate the sending of outgoing emails on behalf of our customers using their personal email accounts. In addition, ClerkHound does not include inbox functionality to handle return emails. 

This design choice was made to focus on providing a streamlined solution for outbound communication, rather than developing and maintaining the complex features required for managing incoming emails which your email program already handles beautifully.
