Does ClerkHound send text messages?

We sure do! With a ClerkHound Pro subscription, you gain the ability to send text messages to your customers. 

Simply navigate to the customer detail screen and click the designated text button. If the customer has already opted in, a convenient popup screen will appear, allowing you to compose a brief message. Upon clicking send, the system promptly delivers the text message to the customer. 

However, if the customer hasn't yet opted in, you can secure their verbal agreement by following an opt-in script and recording their response. Once confirmed, you'll be able to proceed with sending them a text message hassle-free.
