Where does the serial number appear in reports?
In the Line Item Detail Report, the serial number appears in the "Unique ID" column for each relevant line item.
When Invoices are exported, the serial number also appears in the "Unique ID" field.
What is a "Serialized" product? When am I required to enter the serial number? Will I be prompted for a serial number when I add a Serialized product to an order, quote, service, or purchase? What happens if I invoice more than one quantity of a Serialized product? Can I use the same serial number for multiple units on the same invoice?
