What is a "Serialized" product? When am I required to enter the serial number? Will I be prompted for a serial number when I add a Serialized product to an order, quote, service, or purchase? What happens if I invoice more than one quantity of a Serialized product? Can I use the same serial number for multiple units on the same invoice?

What happens if I invoice more than one quantity of a Serialized product?

You will have to add each serialized product separately, even if it is the same product.  Each serialized product on the invoice will have a separate prompt to enter its serial number individually.
