Why did the status change on my customer order? What is the difference between a deposit and a payment? What happens when I click on the icon next to Qty on the Order List screen? Why can't I click on the "New PO from selected" button? What is "New PO from selected" button for?

What happens when I click on the icon next to Qty on the Order List screen?

The eyeball icon next to "Qty", shows the inventory amounts for the products.
