What happens if I forget to enter a serial number?
The system will require all serial numbers to be entered before the invoice can be saved.
What is a "Serialized" product? When am I required to enter the serial number? Will I be prompted for a serial number when I add a Serialized product to an order, quote, service, or purchase? What happens if I invoice more than one quantity of a Serialized product? Can I use the same serial number for multiple units on the same invoice?
