How do I access Settings? How do I change my store settings, like name, address, and phone number? Can I upload a new logo for my store? How do I add a new employee? What is the difference between an cashier, technician, employee, manager, and owner?

Why would I want my inventory to go negative?

If you need to sell an item before it has been received on a pending purchase order, the system will temporarily show a negative inventory quantity.  This allows you to complete the sale without delay when it’s too busy to receive orders and customers are waiting.


Once the purchase order items are received, the inventory will automatically adjust to the correct level.
