What is a subscription?

A subscription is a customer's agreement to make recurring payments toward a service or product. 

In ClerkHound, a subscription is created by applying a billing subscription template to a customer. The template specifies the name, amount, frequency, and duration of the subscription. 

The subscription can be paused, resumed, or canceled at any time.
