What happens when I turn on "Reply-To Allowed" for an employee?
When "Reply-To Allowed" is turned on for an employee, the employee's email address is used as the reply-to address instead of the store email address defined in Client Information.
When ClerkHound sends out emails, the reply-to email address is the store's email address. However, there are circumstances where the response should go directly to the employee. For instance, the service technician is corresponding with the customer about a repair. The technician sends the first email from ClerkHound, but when the customer responds, you would want it to go to the technican's email instead of the store's email address to facilitate the conversation.
