What are Action Items? How do I assign an Action Item? Can I assign a note to myself? Who can assign Action Items? Can I remove an Action Item from my list?

What are Action Items?

Action Items let employees flag a note (on a customer, product, or order) as a personal to-do. Just click the flag icon next to a note to assign it to yourself or another employee. Assigned notes show up under Messages > Action Items.
