Is there a way to see all the invoices sent to my billing customers? Can I see all the charges that have been made by my customers for their subscriptions? What is a Billing template? How do I create a Billing template? What is a subscription?

I have a customer that wants to purchase an item over the next 3 months, can I use a Billing Subscription for a payment plan?

Yes absolutely, you can use a Billing Subscription for that. 

  • First, divide the purchase into three equal payments. 
  • Create a new subscription with a 3 month duration. 
  • Add their payment method and save the subscription. 

This will automatically bill the customer's card for the next three months starting tomorrow. (All new subscriptions must be defined for the future.) 


If you prefer, you can take the first payment through normal channels and then create a subscription for the remaining two payments.
