What are Action Items? How do I assign an Action Item? Can I assign a note to myself? Who can assign Action Items? Can I remove an Action Item from my list?

Can I reassign someone else’s Action Item?

Yes. Any employee can change the assignment from the Notes tab in the related record’s folder view.
