Can I pause a subscription?

To pause a subscription in ClerkHound, double-click the customer's subscription or click the pencil icon next to it.

Click on the Status drop down box and choose Pause. This subscription will stay paused until you manually modify it back to Active.

For example, if a customer is unavailable for lessons for a month and plans to resume later, you can pause their subscription until they return.
