Can I edit an Invoice?

That depends on the status of the invoice. If the invoice is:

  • Refunded, you cannot edit it. 
  • Paid, you can only edit it if you are an owner or manager user by clicking on the status and selecting "Open"
  • Shipped, you can only edit it if you are an owner or manager user by clicking on the status and selecting "Not Shipped"
  • Open, Partially Paid, Not Shipped, or Partially Shipped, you can edit it. 

To edit, double-click on the invoice you want to edit from the list screen. This will open the invoice detail screen where you can make changes to the invoice. When you tab out of the field you are editing, the system will automatically save the changes.
