How do I access Settings? How do I change my store settings, like name, address, and phone number? Can I upload a new logo for my store? How do I add a new employee? What is the difference between an cashier, technician, employee, manager, and owner?

Can I customize the name and email address shown on messages sent from ClerkHound?

Yes, the name and email address used for emails sent from ClerkHound can be found under the "Message" category in settings. 

  • The Name entered here will be the "friendly" name associated with the email address. 
  • The Email Address entered here will be the address used to send the emails from ClerkHound. This ensures that all communications look like they are coming from your store. The email address must be a valid email address and will be validated by our provider, Amazon. 
  • The BCC (blind carbon copy) address is used to send a blind copy of all emails sent from ClerkHound. This is useful for keeping a record of all emails sent from all of your employees.
