How do I access Settings? How do I change my store settings, like name, address, and phone number? Can I upload a new logo for my store? How do I add a new employee? What is the difference between an cashier, technician, employee, manager, and owner?

Yes, under the "Display" category in settings, you can define just the right number of records to display for your screen size.
