How do I add a new customer? How do I edit a customer? How do I delete a customer? Can I add a new customer to the database after I've already started ringing up an invoice? How do I see the details for a customer?

Why can't I click on the "Save" button when I am adding a new customer?

The customer must have at least the first and last name entered before the save button is accessible.
