Signature Capture Feature Which documents support signatures? How do I enable signature capture? Why is the Signature button disabled? What happens if I have multiple agreement texts for a document?

How does the customer sign the document?

When the Signature button is clicked:
  1. A popup window appears displaying the agreement text
  2. The customer signs using their finger or stylus
  3. The customer clicks Agree and Sign to complete the process
