How do I add a product? How do I edit a product? How do I delete a product? Can I add a new product to the database after I've already started ringing up an invoice? Why can I not modify the max discount and commission fields?

How do I print labels for my products?

First you need a label printer that supports 1 1/4" x 3 1/2" labels. We do not support any other size. 


We recommend the IDPRT SP310. You can get it off of Amazon at a very reasonable price. 


You will need to install the printer driver on your computer. Once you have the printer installed, you can select that printer from the print dialog box in the product detail screen. 


Ensure your paper size is correct. The print preview will show you what the label will look like before you print it and should include a barcode for scanning.
