Can I see when and if a customer tried to pay their invoice online?

When a customer accesses the payment link in the email, the system will record the date and time of the attempt, along with the IP address of the request. The system will also record payment attempts, whether successful or not. 

This information can be viewed in the Internal Notes folder.
